A rare 1991 Yamaha R1-Z 250, a Japanese-market naked streetfighter-style two-stroke that was only sold in Japan during the early 1990s. It is known for its steel trellis frame and 249cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin two-stroke engine, derived from the TZR250 but retuned for smoother road use.
This particular example is in mint condition and shows only 21,961km, which is approximately 13,646 miles. It presents beautifully and is a very smart example of a rare and unusual Yamaha two-stroke.
The bike has just been subject to a full checkover and service, giving confidence that it is ready to ride, show and enjoy.
