Reach players at the moment
they choose a competition.
Competition Showroom compares every live UK prize competition on odds and value. Nobody lands here by accident — our users arrive with a budget and leave for an operator's checkout. A sponsored placement puts your draw in front of them at exactly that moment.
Self-serve setup · card on file · nothing charged until someone clicks
All of it is your customer — and there is more of it every month.
We are not a general-interest site with a competitions section. Every visitor came looking for a UK prize competition, and most of them are one click from paying for a ticket. That is a different kind of reach from a social feed — nothing you pay for is wasted on the wrong audience: around 3,200 people a month, 80% of them in the UK and 77% on a phone, every one of them there to pick a draw.
Of visitors click through to an operator
More than a third of our visitors leave for an operator's site, and once they arrive 27% buy a ticket and 6% register a new account. This is an audience in the act of choosing — comparing ticket price, odds and prize before they commit.
UK, adult, and in-market
Strictly 18+, 80% UK, and self-selected: they arrive from Google, from AI assistants and from our app while actively researching draws. No incidental traffic to pay for.
Web and app
Placements in the Showroom also carry into our iOS and Android app, which shows the same Top Picks row — the same slot, in front of our most repeat-heavy users. Nearly a fifth of all our outbound clicks come from the apps, on top of the web audience.
Three slots. One budget. You pay by the click.
Every one of them is an editorial position we hand over — not a banner rail nobody looks at. Two are fixed tiles; the third is native, running inside the ranking on our guide pages in the same card as the results around it. You get all three: a campaign buys a category, not a page. Where several advertisers want the same category, the slot is shared between you and one is shown at random on each page load — so there is never a queue for inventory, and you only ever pay for the clicks you get.
Homepage
Your card takes the top-right tile of the homepage showroom grid, beside the editorial top pick. Our highest-traffic page — every first-time visitor lands here.
Showroom
Your card leads the Top Picks row for the category, above the full listings table. Seen by shoppers already comparing competitions.
Guide pages
Your listing sits inside the ranking on our best-odds guide pages, in the same card as the results around it — labelled Sponsored, and never in place of a ranked result. Our search traffic: users who arrived from Google mid-decision.
- ✓A share of the category — where more than one advertiser runs in a category, one of you is shown at random each time a page loads. No queue for inventory, and no auction: everyone pays the same published rate.
- ✓Your artwork and copy — promote a listing we already track, or supply a competition that isn't on the site yet (we approve new creative by hand, usually within one business day).
- ✓A direct link straight onto your competition page, not a landing page of ours.
- ✓Swap the promoted listing at any time while a campaign runs, at no charge.
- ✓Self-serve setup, with every charge itemised and receipted in your portal.
- ✓Native, not bolted on — the guide-page slot renders in the same card as the ranked results either side of it, so users actually read it.
- ✓Added, never substituted — a native listing is inserted below the top three. No ranked competition is displaced, hidden or pushed off the page for it.
- ✓Clear labelling — sponsored cards are marked “Sponsored”, which is what keeps them credible.
You pay for clicks, not for position.
We do not publish prices on a public page. Rates are per click, tiered by how much traffic the category actually draws, and the same for every advertiser — no auction, no negotiated deals, no rate that depends on who is asking. Request an account and the full card comes with your login, usually within one business day.
Categories you can buy
Apparel · Cars · Cash · Experiences · Free Draws · Garden & Outdoors · Houses · Instant Wins · Motorbikes · Sports Equipment · Tech · Toys · Trade Equipment · Watches
Booking is self-serve once your account is open: pick the pages, categories and dates, see the price, pay by card, and an itemised invoice is issued automatically.
What sponsorship does buy.
- A named slot on all three of the pages our users actually use, shared fairly with any other advertiser in your category.
- Your creative — image, title, price and link, exactly as you supply it.
- Placement in the app as well as the web, wherever your Showroom card runs.
- A native slot inside our guide pages, in the same card as the ranked results, labelled Sponsored.
- A tracked link, so the click arrives at your site attributed and ready for your own analytics.
What stays off the table.
- Your Value Ratio. Calculated from public data, never adjusted, never for sale.
- Your ranking in the league tables and category pages.
- Editorial picks. A paid card is labelled Sponsored, always.
- A place in the ranking. A native listing is inserted below the top three and carries no rank. It never displaces a ranked competition.
- A set number of impressions. You are buying clicks, not a guaranteed number of views. How often you appear depends on how much traffic the pages take and on how many advertisers are sharing your category that day. We record a viewable impression every time your slot is seen, so we can always tell you what you did get — and you are never charged for it.

Pick a category and a budget
Choose the prize category you compete in and set what you are willing to spend in a day. There are no dates to pick and no page to choose — your listing runs in that category's slot on all three pages, from the one budget. Funded campaigns are also rotated through the cards at the top of the homepage, free: a click there opens your listing on the Showroom rather than your site, so it is never billed.
Choose the listing and go live
Promote a draw we already track and launch immediately, or supply your own creative and we'll approve it first — usually within one business day. Nothing is charged until someone actually clicks through to you.
Advertiser FAQ
Who can advertise on Competition Showroom?
UK prize competition and raffle operators running lawful free-entry-route draws under the Gambling Act 2005. We check every advertiser by hand before an account is opened, which is why booking starts with a request rather than a card form.
What does a placement actually get me?
Your competition card in the sponsored slot for your category on all three of our pages, from one budget: the top-right tile of the homepage showroom grid, the lead card in the Showroom Top Picks row, and a native listing inside the ranking on our best-odds guide pages. There is no page to pick and no extra cost for the other two. Where more than one advertiser is running in a category, the slot is shared — one of you is shown at random each time a page loads — and you are charged only when someone clicks through to you.
How much does it cost to advertise?
You pay per click through to your site, at a fixed rate for the category — tiered by how much traffic the category actually draws, so cars and instant wins cost more per click than the quieter ones. You set a daily budget and can never be charged more than it in a day. The full rate card is in your advertiser portal: request an account and it comes with your login, usually within one business day. Every advertiser pays the same published rate; there is no auction and no bidding your way up the rotation.
How do I control what I spend?
With a daily budget, which is the only commitment you make. Once the day’s budget is spent your listing simply stops appearing until the next morning, so it is a hard ceiling rather than a target. You can set an end date, change the budget or pause at any time, and nothing is charged up front: we take payment for clicks already delivered once they add up to a set amount, or at the end of the month — whichever comes first.
Does paying change my Value Ratio or my ranking?
No. Value Ratios and league-table rankings are calculated from public data and are never for sale. A placement buys the slot and the "Sponsored" label that goes on it. We will not present a paid listing as an editorial pick.
What is a native placement, and how is it different?
The homepage and Showroom slots are tiles in a fixed position. The guide-page slot is native: your listing renders inside the ranking on pages like "Best car competitions in the UK", in exactly the same card as the ranked results around it, so it reads as part of the page rather than as an ad break. It is inserted below the top three results, carries a "Sponsored" badge and a line naming you as the advertiser, and has no rank number — no ranked competition is moved or removed to make room for it.
Which pages does the native slot appear on?
The best-odds guide page for the category you buy — cars, cash, tech, watches, motorbikes, instant wins and the rest — plus a rotating appearance on our cross-category guides: the overall best-odds ranking, competitions under £1 and competitions ending today. These are our search-traffic pages, so the user almost always arrived from Google while deciding what to enter.
Can I promote a competition you do not list yet?
Yes. You can promote a draw we already track, or supply your own artwork, copy and link for a brand-new competition that is not live on the site. Anything you supply yourself is checked by our team before it can run — you submit it in the portal, we review it by hand (usually within one business day), and payment opens once it is approved. Nothing is charged while it is with us.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
You add a card through Stripe when you set up your account, and nothing is charged then. Spend accrues as clicks are delivered and we take payment once it reaches a set amount, or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. Every charge is itemised with a receipt in the Billing tab of your portal.
When does my campaign go live?
As soon as you launch it, if you are promoting a competition we already track. Creative you supply yourself is checked by us first, usually within one business day, and starts running the moment it is approved.
