The runner up prizes are awarded to the closest valid entries on either side of the winning ticket number. If a neighbouring number has no entry, the prize moves to the next closest valid ticket. This system loops, meaning if ticket 1 wins, the last allocated ticket is considered its immediate neighbour. Entries are allocated randomly.
