WIN TAKOMO 101 MKII IRONS (5-GW)
The winner will receive the following:
A set of Takomo 101 MKII Irons, 5-iron to Gap Wedge
Product description:
Maximum forgiveness, easy launch and modern distance in a clean, confidence-inspiring iron design.
Enter for the chance to win a set of Takomo 101 MKII Irons, from 5-iron to Gap Wedge.
The Takomo 101 MKII is a game-improvement iron designed for golfers who want more distance, forgiveness and confidence without the oversized appearance often associated with this category. Its hollow-body construction, premium two-tone finish, thinner topline and more square leading edge create a clean look at address while retaining the performance benefits of a modern distance iron.
The 101 MKII uses a 431 cast body throughout the set. In the 5-iron to 8-iron, a cast 17-4 variable-face-thickness face plate is designed to generate fast ball speeds and retain performance when strikes are not perfectly centred. The 9-iron through Gap Wedge use a constant-thickness 17-4 face, built for dependable distance and control in the scoring clubs.
Takomo’s progressive weighting system is designed to make the longer irons easier to launch, while helping the shorter irons deliver more consistent distance and control. The set includes a 5-iron, 6-iron, 7-iron, 8-iron, 9-iron, Pitching Wedge and Gap Wedge, giving the winner a complete distance-focused iron setup.
The Takomo 101 MKII has quickly become a popular choice in the YouTube golf community. Big Wedge officially joined Team Takomo in 2026, with Callux featuring the Takomo 101 MKII Irons as part of his setup. Known for its golf content, challenges and course videos, Big Wedge has helped introduce Takomo to a new generation of golfers looking for high-performance clubs without the traditional premium price tag.
The 101 MKII has also received strong independent recognition. MyGolfSpy named it its 2026 Best Game-Improvement Iron, awarding it a 9.5 score for accuracy and 9.1 for forgiveness in its testing.
Combining hollow-body construction, game-improvement forgiveness, strong modern lofts and growing support from YouTube golf creators, the Takomo 101 MKII Irons are an ideal set for beginners, improving golfers and mid-to-high handicap players looking for more confidence and consistency from their approach play.
